How do I get started?

    Getting Started - step by step:

  1. Join up for free by clicking the "Sign Up" button on the site. Important: Please note that Yahoo, Hotmail and AOL email addresses may not work with our software and you may NEVER receive your activation email with those email addresses! We recommend you use a different email address, such as your ISP address, Gmail or Myway.
  2. Wait a few minutes for your Activation Email. Click the activation link in the email to confirm your address.
  3. Log in to your account at Surf-Profit.com home page with your email and password.
  4. Click on Start Surfing to earn coins.
  5. You can earn more. Click on upgrade account and purchase up to 1000 upgrade units.

Do I need to have a website to be able to join?
You will have to promote another website in our rotation. You can use any website you like to promote as long as they comply with our regulations which can be found in the Terms and more information below. You may want to promote another Auto-Surf Program you are a member of, a specific charity site or perhaps a site you think is worthwhile showing other members for their benefit.

How do I earn coins?
You earn coins by visiting sponsored websites; simply visit 50 sites every day to earn btc of your level.
This takes less than 20 minutes per day!
You can also earn extra coins by signing up new members.
Our referral program pays 10% in commission of each upgrade purchase made by your direct referral/s.
You can upgrade your account at any time with 1-1000 units 0.01 btc each. The more units you buy the more you can earn.

How do I get paid?
We pay you through an online currency BitCoin. All payments are processed weekly. You do not have to re-upgrade to receive your earnings.

Do you allow international members to join?
Yes, we allow members from all countries to join our program.

How do I purchase upgrades?
Click the Upgrade Account link inside your member's area or the Edit button to the right of the member level. Select how many units you wish to purchase and click proceed. We only accept BitCoin at this stage, however other payment processors may be implemented in the future.
Please note that you are allowed to have 99 active upgrades at any one time.
Do not purchase an upgrade after you have surfed the daily requirement of 50 sites to earn. If you do this you will not be able to earn on the new upgrade until the next day and hence miss a days earnings.

How do I allocate my credits?
Credits that you earn or buy are allocated to your account but not to your sites. You must allocate them to your preferred site(s) for them to be used and your sites shown.

  • Login and select "edit" on the right side of your account credits.
  • Choose how many credits you want to use to show your site.
  • Click on the "Allocate" button at the bottom of the page.
  • Your Ad will now be displayed in the rotator. If you delete a site, you will lose its credits. Instead, change the URL, you may use a site that you already have listed if you don't have another.

  • You may purchase extra credits for your site to be shown more often in the rotation. This is done via the advertising button and choosing buy credits from the drop down menu.

    Free members are allowed to advertise 1 site in the rotation and upgraded members are allowed to add 5 sites.

    When does my referral commission get paid?
    Commissions are paid directly into your cash balance at the time your Referral purchases their membership unit.

    How do I refer other members?
    Your referral link is available in your members area. Simply log in and you will be given a link to send to your friends. Your link will keep track of your referrals and when they join you will be able to see their activity in real time.

    I am having problems signing up, what am I doing wrong?
    If you are having problems joining, please be sure you are using the latest version of Internet Explorer or FireFox and you or your ISP are not using proxy connections. You must have cookies enabled on your computer to complete the signup process. Other members have found that disabling their firewall solves any problems they had signing up.

    How do I retrieve my password if I lost it?
    If you have tried to login and you cannot, try retrieving your password by going to Lost Password page and filling out the form. Your password will be sent to you to the email address you used to sign up.

    Is the server protected against Ddos and hackers?
    Yes indeed. Protection has been installed and in addition we do make back ups of the data base twice a day. If for some reason an attack were to take the site down and destroy our data it would only be a matter of a few hours before we would be able to restore to the last back up point!

    How do I report SPAM from one of your members?
    Please forward all SPAM to us. If you received an email please be sure to include all headers from the email and the entire message source. If you have found one of our members to be spamming on a web page or other media please email us a link and any relevant information pertaining to the unsolicited advertisement.

    Why did I not get my Activation email?
    The email address you used to join may contain an error, or email from us may be blocked by your ISP (Internet Service Provider) or your SPAM filter settings or the email address you used to sign up with may have been blocked from Surf-Profit.com. You can request the email again by using the Resend activation email link in the login box at our home page. If it still does not arrive, try joining again using a different email address.

    Why can't I login?
    Click the Lost Password link there to have your password sent to your registered email address if you have lost it. The Activation link we sent you when you joined will only work once. If you get an error, your account is probably already activated and you should be right to login at our home page. If you still have trouble getting in, close all browser windows and try again. The following may help:

  • The user name and password are case sensitive.
  • Make sure there are no extra spaces in your login username or password.
  • Make sure your browser and firewall are not blocking our temporary session cookie. In IE10: Tools, Internet Options, Privacy tab, set to Medium (which is the normal default setting) or lower. Mozilla Firefox, Tools, Options, Security, Cookies. Check allow sites to set cookies.
  • Some Firewalls may have to have the settings lowered to allow your login to work.

    Can I have more than one account?
    No, sorry we do not allow members to have more than one account per IP. Our advertisers pay us on unique visitors to their websites so we can only pay our members for unique visits to advertisers. In all fairness it only helps our advertisers to limit one account per member.

    Is there a refund policy?
    All transactions are final and there are no refunds whatsoever. All deposits/advertising fees are final. If you choose to sign up for this program, you agree to the Terms as set forth by Administration.

    I want to cancel. What can I do?
    If you are a free member, your account will be automatically deleted after 30 days. If you are a paid member, then you will need to contact the administration of Surf-Profit.com to be removed. That will remove you from our system and mailing list. All cash and credits will be lost as we do not give refunds.

    How do I report cheating members?
    Please send any relevant information for members who you suspect have been cheating to us. Please be sure to include any website links, the members username, and any referral information with your submission.

    Why was my site deleted?
    It may break out of our surf bar frame, produce alert boxes, have Pop-ups or contain unacceptable content or scripts. Our rules are simple. If you break our rules deliberately - with Pop-ups, adult sites, sites that disrupt surfing or try to download anything, etc, you will be BANNED FOR LIFE. Sites must be legal and family-safe. We do not permit pop-ups, rotators, redirects, adult or offensive sites. As it is clearly stated that it is YOUR responsibility to follow these simple rules, we will not respond to emails about suspended sites or accounts.

    Why has my account been deleted or suspended?
    If you breach the Terms of Service, your account may be deleted. Please read the Terms of Service to ensure that you are indeed managing your account as agreed upon registration.
